On December 1, 2006, Community Title LLC officially opened it’s doors with it’s Corporate Headquarters located in Winchester, Virginia.  It all started when three title professionals came together to form a customer service oriented title insurance agency. Community Title LLC devised a comprehensive list of services, in addition to the traditional issuance of title insurance and escrowing of funds.  The company focused on the importance of exceeding all expectations and the elimination of all obstacles faced by them when conducting a real estate settlement at other title insurance agencies.

As the real estate market declined, the partnership group decided to assign their membership interest in Community Title LLC to David Testa, who is now the sole owner. His in-depth knowledge of  title insurance underwriting, banking experience, and his reputation of providing superior customer service increased the number of real estate settlements to record levels. Under his leadership, Community Title LLC continues to expand, receive spotless audits, and supports the communities it serves.

David recruited Jennifer Creel as the Vice President/Regional Manager to assist with the overall
operations and sales management of the company. With over 15 years experience, Jennifer has a
reputation for developing long and lasting relationships that are unique to our industry. Her commitment to our clients, the company, and our employees has proven to be invaluable.

Our diverse staff has a background in banking, customer service, finance, foreclosure, mortgage lending, and real estate.
